4.What is the difference between post and courier option?
Post option: Your subscription dispatch will happen through post. We will post your copies from the General Post Office, Bangalore on the 4th of every month. And you will receive your copy on any day between 5th to 14th of the month.
Courier Option: Your subscription dispatch will happen through courier. We will courier your copy on the 30th or 31st of the month and you will receive your copy earliest by 1st and latest by the 4th of every month.

Subscribe Online using your Credit/Debit Card
5. How can I order a back issue of Stayfit Magazine?
If you want to order the back issues, all you need to do is call 080-41315555/6/7 or sms 9845282342 or mail to and our customer care executive will call you in the next 24 hours, after you place your request.

6. What are the steps taken after I subscribe?
Once we receive your subscription, You will receive an sms/mail/call acknowledging that we have received your subscription. And our customer care executive will confirm your subscription id, and nature of subscription and your communication details by E-Mail. Once you confirm the mail your subscription will be added to our mailing list.

7. When will I receive my first subscription copy?
We require 3 weeks for processing your subscription. If your confirmation mail reaches us before the 30/31st of the month then you will receive you copy the next month.
If you have subscribed for post option then you will receive your copy after the 5th of every month before the end of third week.
If you have subscribed for courier option then you will receive your copy by the 3rd of every month.

8. What if I don’t receive any communication from you after subscribing to the magazine?
Well, all you have to do is just shoot a mail to call 4131555/6/7 or sms/call 9845282342 and we will take care of the rest.

9. What if don’t receive my first copy or miss any of the issues?
Well, the answer is same as above call/sms/mail -0804131555/6/7, 9845282342,
If you don’t receive your subscriber copy even after the third week of the month we will send you another copy. Missing a copy is possible once in a while and we will take the responsibility and ensure your copy reaches you.

10. What if I miss the issue frequently?
Well, there could be many reasons for these and we could mutually figure out what could the reason and resolve the same.

11. Do I get to know if I my subscription is due for renewal?
Yes, you will receive a letter with the last issue of your subscription; you will also receive an sms and a mail. If you still have not renewed, our customer care executive will call you to help you through the subscription just to ensure you and your loves ones stay fit.

12. Can I change my subscription address later?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is e- mail your new mailing address/or the changes to be made to your mail should include your subscription id and your existing mailing address and the new address it has to be changed to. SUCH CHANGES PREFERABLY SHOULD REACH US BEFORE THE 25TH OF EVERYMONTH.

13. Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, you can and please follow the process as mentioned in how to subscribe column.

14. Can I cancel my subscription?
Once we have accepted your subscription and payment, we regret that we cannot refund your payment.
However, you can transfer your subscription to your friend/relative.

• Your response to our confirmation mail will be last step of your subscription

• Please write your details on the back of the cheque and your cheque should accompany a subscription form which is printed in the magazine on the 65-66 page or you can download the subscription form from our website.
• Once we have accepted your subscription and payment, we regret that we cannot refund payment.

General FAQ’s
1. Can I change my personal details whenever I want?
Yes. You could change your personal details by accessing the My Account Section on the home page. You need to sign-in to the site for updating your personal details.

How safe is it to shop at your site, using a credit or debit card?
We have a tie-up with reputed payment gateways which are “Verisign Certified”. Verisign is one of the worls’s leading payment gateway security certification agency. This ensures that the web pages where you enter your card information are secure and they transmit card information in an encrypted form, which minimizes the card data theft/hacking. You enter your card information on the payment gateway website pages and this information is transmitted with encryption.

2. Do I need to submit any other additional documents when I use my credit card?
In some high value transactions involving amount exceeding Rs. 7500, our payment gateway agencies insist (as a process) on additional documentation from the card user. This is to again minimize the misuse of the card by unauthorized people. You are required to send two documents.
Xerox copy of the front page of the credit card (with some digits masked) Photo identity proof (copy of your passport, drivers license, PAN card, Ration Card OR any other valid photo identify proof)
These documents can either be sent to Stayfit Health & Fitness World customer service OR directly to the payment gateway agency. Detailed instructions will be given by our customer service representatives after order is booked on the web using a credit card.

3. Would you be sharing my personal data with anybody else?
As a general practice, we will not be sharing your personal data for any commercial purposes. However, we need to share your personal data with partners and service providers in the process of order fulfillment.
