Cancellation by Stayfit Health & Fitness World
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to confirm/accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before confirming/accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Stayfit Health & Fitness World, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value. Stayfit Health & Fitness World has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Stayfit Health & Fitness World and accept Stayfit Health & Fitness World decision regarding the cancellation.

Our Return Policy:
We do understand that you might have occasions where you need to return the product back to us. Our policy addresses various scenarios in which you may need to return the product. We make this policy as friendly as possible to you so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason, if you need to return the product, this process will not be a big hassle for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.

Stayfit Health & Fitness World is pleased to offer you a no questions asked ?15 Day Return Policy?. Within 15 days of receiving the product, for any reason, you would like to return the product; we will be accepting the return and refunding you the full amount with no additional charges to you.

Above policy is applicable if the product has not been used, product is returned in original packaging with price tags/stickers and there are no visible marks of usage or wear and tear.

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.

Please don't accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment. Stayfit Health & Fitness World will bear the cost of returns, repairs or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit. These returns will not be accepted if there is a visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.

After a period of use of the product, if there is found to be some damage, for any reason, returns and replacements will be as per the Stayfit health and Fitness World terms and conditions. Please call our customer service to find out the exact details for that specific product.

In case of any cash refunds, Stayfit Health & Fitness World will credit the refund in the same manner in which the original payment is made. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card, your card account will be credited for the refund amount. If you have issued a cheque, Stayfit Health & Fitness World will issue a cheque on your name for the refund amount. We will process the refund within 10 working days and make the credit to your card account. In case of cheque, it may take a few more days for the physical delivery of the cheque.
